This policy explains what happens to data in an On-Premise Cloud system, and what data eTapGo LLP itself handles. It is written to be read, not to be endured.
Your On-Premise Cloud runs on a server that you own, inside your own premises. Your files, email, calendars, messages and documents are stored on that server. eTapGo LLP does not host them, does not copy them, and cannot read them.
Your organisation is the data controller for everything stored in your system. You decide who has an account, what they can access, how long data is kept and when it is deleted. eTapGo LLP acts only as a service provider, and only when you ask us to.
Separately from your system, we keep ordinary business records: the name, phone number, email address and company details you give us when enquiring or contracting, plus quotations, invoices and support correspondence. We keep these for as long as the business relationship lasts and for the period Indian tax and company law requires afterwards.
We do not sell, rent or share these details with third parties for marketing. Enquiries submitted through our website are delivered to our own email and used only to reply to you.
Systems we install are configured with encryption in transit and at rest, brute-force protection, two-factor authentication, password policies, access control rules, audit logging and automated backups. Once the system is yours, keeping it secure is your responsibility.
Because your data sits on your own hardware, you already hold the strongest right there is: you can inspect, export or destroy it at any moment, without asking anyone. For the business records we hold about you, you may ask us what we have, request a correction, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Write to sales@etapgo.com.
