Acceptable use of this system

This login page belongs to a private system operated by the organisation that owns it. Access is limited to people that organisation has authorised.

• Use only an account issued to you, and keep its password confidential.
• Do not attempt to access data, accounts or areas you have not been granted.
• Do not use the system to store or distribute unlawful material, or anything that breaches your organisation's own policies.
• Report a suspected compromise of your account to your administrator immediately.

Unauthorised access attempts are logged and may be actionable under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Ownership of the system and your data

Where an organisation has purchased On-Premise Cloud, the installed system and all data within it belong to that organisation. eTapGo LLP claims no ownership of, and no licence over, customer data.

Supply, payment and support

Systems are supplied on a one-time payment basis. There are no monthly charges, no per-user fees and no per-feature fees. The exact scope, price and hardware specification for each deployment are set out in the written quotation and invoice for that deployment, which take precedence over anything on this page.

Installation, data migration and team training are included as stated in the quotation. Ongoing maintenance, backups, updates and priority support are provided under a separate annual maintenance contract where one has been agreed.

Prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and may vary with prevailing market rates for server hardware and components until a quotation is confirmed.

Warranty and liability

We take care that systems are installed correctly and function as described. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty.

Because the system runs on customer premises and under customer control, eTapGo LLP is not liable for loss or damage arising from the customer's own configuration changes, account management, power or network failures, physical damage, theft, or failure to maintain and verify backups. Our total liability in connection with any deployment is limited to the amount paid for that deployment.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jamnagar, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
